Joanna Thomas, again at the WCM headquarters shooting photos and video for her own site, JoannaThomas.com, chatted with her members along with WCM's in a simulcast to both sites.  Joanna displayed her 156 lbs on a lean off-season physique, on her way down to a planned 148 lbs for her off-season phase ii weight.
